I am a senior in Le Cordon Bleu Paris and graduating at the end of August 2010. I am interested in interviewing for a job as a Cook/Commis with your company. I believe that your company have the ideal culinary department in which to pursue my goal of becoming an innovative and responsible Cook/Commis.
Academically, my extensive course work in culinary art in Le Cordon Bleu Paris has allowed me to gain an understanding and appreciation for the culinary department your company exhibits. I also have studied Hotel Management before the culinary art which contributes me to have more idea about Hospitality Industry.
