Looking for someone who can do front office operations, handle all guests complaints, maximise sales revenues through up selling and marketing programs, monitor guests satisfaction reports and implements actions to improve results and maintains good communication with all hotels areas.

I started my career as Receptionnist in a 2** hotel before my advancing as a Front desk manager in a 3*** hotel and Assistant Area Manager in a 2** residence, I am sure my background matches the requirements for this position.

I have been responsible of groups and seminars during 3 years and I used to process with International applications. I always practice the English language because I work in the hospitality industry and I have regular contacts with clientele speaking. I am able to listen people and adapt offer to demand.
