Type d'établissement : Human Ressource Consultancy 2 michelin star restaurant, part of a relais chateaux, located in dartmoor park required a head sommelier. will work with an assistant, 800 international references on the wine menu. need to have a michelin experience in a similar position. will have full responsibilities for the cave, orders, stock control. good level of english is required. the position is live out but the establishment will help for the beginning. |
