a few words about me: my name is jérémy , i'm 21 years old. i'm french, i live in rouen ( normandy ).
i got my « baccalaureat » ( a level ) with chinese language.
after my diploma i tried different jobs,such as fish-monger, antique dealer ( les puces de paris ) and refurbishing of old pieces of furniture, cloth-seller then i decided to go to china to improve my knowledge of the chinese language.
i stayed 10 months in bejing, i had 24 hours of training in mandarin a week. i travelled a lot in china.
after this stay in china i discoverd that i wanted to cook and open a french restaurant in an foreign country. so i started cook studying french cuisine, in rouen. i go to school twice a week and one the other days i work in a traditionnal restaurant ( le bistrot de panurge )
i hope i will pass my exam in june.

for me cooking is a way sharing, it represents one's culture, one's country. the second thing i like in cooking is the creation part. cooking is an art, you have to be creative to be a good cook. my dream is to travel all around the world and learn about every country's cuisine.

i wanted to know if you had a job, in october .

my english level is not really high but i like to speak with other people and i can adapt very easily.i'm always on time for work and i behave very respectfully. my best quality is my motivation.
